His number one focus with Perfect Portal is delivering technology solutions to the legal industry to streamline and eliminate manual processes and drive efficiencies within law firms and conveyancers.
Richard enjoys good food and wine, watching Liverpool football club (on TV only now), spending time with the family and trying to keep fit.
Global CEO and Founder
Yvonne began her career as a Marketing Manager for a small high street law firm and in 2002 set up her own panel management business. It was during this time she developed a passion for technology and created her own panel management software that enabled estate agents and mortgage brokers to generate quotes and track the progression of their cases. Over the next decade, she watched the number of panel managers enter the market at an alarming rate – taking conveyancing work away from the solicitors and squeezing their profits to a minimum. As a result, Yvonne developed Perfect Portal (formally known as ePlus247) the conveyancing sales management solution that enables solicitors to tackle panel managers head on and regain their independence.
Outside of the office, Yvonne enjoys socialising with family and friends.
Stephen is the Chairman of the InfoTrack Group of Companies, which includes Perfect Portal. Managing an impressive portfolio of global businesses sees Stephen work tirelessly to uphold his aggressive growth strategies, enhance his commitment to delivering operational excellence and support his never-failing dedication to customer focus. With a successful and accomplished career spanning in excess of 28 years across the Australian ICT industry, his ability to articulate and share his visions fosters high-performance company cultures that are results-driven.
Stephen is a well-rounded leader with highly developed sales and operational skills who understands how to get the best out of his employees. Sacha has a wealth of experience in client relationship management, sales and leadership coupled with excellent customer service skills. She has over 10 years senior key account management gained from working for the UK’s largest real estate agency group looking after their conveyancing division. Where she generated, developed and managed long term, profitable relationships with solicitors and referrers. Perfect portal is the perfect fit as Sacha enjoys working with people as well as technology.
Business Development Manager
Michael comes from a Finance broker background with an eager attitude to streamline tedious time-consuming manual work using technology. His experience with legal professionals as a referrer allows him to give a different perspective on developing businesses. He enjoys watching law firms grow and be more efficient.
Outside the Office Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing cards with friends and watching and playing soccer.
Client Relationship Manager
David has 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, dealing with customer service and delivering golden standard service. He has a passion for helping clients and their businesses meet their full potential using the latest technology. A recent highlight of David’s account management is running webinars, meeting his customers at events and day to day success of his clients.
Outside of work, David enjoys socialising with family and friends, watching the latest reality tv shows, such as the real housewives.
